Request deletion without confusion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include enough information for our team to identify your account, conversation, or lead record accurately.

What to include

Adding the right details helps us find and process the correct record faster.

  • Your full name and phone number
  • The Facebook or Instagram account used
  • The page, form, campaign, or chatbot involved
  • Any extra identifier that helps locate the request

Share your request

Send your deletion request by email and include the identifying details tied to your interaction with Smartsevak.

We verify the record

Our team reviews the request and matches it to the relevant account, lead, message history, or connected Meta workflow.

You receive a status update

Once the request is processed, we respond with a human-readable update on the status of the deletion.

What happens after submission

  • We review the details provided and verify that the request matches the relevant user record.
  • We delete or anonymize eligible data associated with the request, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
  • We send a clear status response once the request has been handled by our team.
Meta removal requests

If you removed the app or service through Meta’s built-in flow, Meta may also route that request to us. This page exists as the public instructions page for direct deletion requests.
